FREE Local Delivery. Stothard’s Pet Store is pleased to offer free local deliveries to our customers within a 5 mile radius of our store. Please note free deliveries are made on a Friday each week. For smaller items we reserve the right to post these by Royal Mail 1st Class post at no additional charge.   FREE Pick Up For your convenience Stothard Pet Store offer a free pick up service, simply order online and we will have your purchase ready for you to collect. Allowing you to reserve online and save time.   Standard Delivery - £2.95 Delivery to Postcodes HG1, HG2 and HG3 is free. We charge £2.95 for UK delivery, regardless of weight and size. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs.   Europe Delivery Charge £7.49 Delivery to Europe is charged at £7.49 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 3-6 days. Note: Certain weight restrictions apply.   AMERICAS & REST OF THE WORLD - Delivery Charge £14.99 Delivery to regions outside of Europe are charged at £14.99 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (15%) will be deducted where applicable. Note: Certain weight restrictions apply.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, but we will refund the original delivery charge.
